Tax Day 2024 has arrived as Monday is the last day in which most people can file their taxes for last year without being penalized. For many that means their wallets are going to be a little lighter in the coming days and might mean a tightening of their budget
However, if you’re able to afford going out to eat Monday, a handful of national chains are offering free or discounted food to customers today, as a way to help soften the financial blow of tax season.
Here is a list of some of the deals out there for Monday, April 15:
- Arby’s — Members of Arby’s Rewards will receive an offer today for one free sandwich as part of the company’s free sandwich month.
- California Pizza Kitchen — Members of the California Pizza Kitchen rewards program will receive $10 off any order over $40.
- TGI Friday’s — Friday’s Rewards member can receive a free entree with the purchase of another entree of equal or lesser value. That offer is good for the rest of the month.
- Krispy Kreme — Buy one dozen original glazed doughnuts and get one for free.
- White Castle — Receive 15% off your order by using code WC15OFF.
- Dave & Buster’s — From today until April 28, all food is 50% for D&B rewards members.
- Fazoli’s — Customers who spend $5 or more will receive six free breadsticks.
- Potbelly — Buy one big or original sandwich and receive an original sandwich for free. Must use promo code “BOGO” to receive the offer.
- Grubhub — The first 1,000 people to use the code “TAXBREAK” will receive $15 off their delivery order of $25 or more.
