Sofía Vergara Turns Heads in Racy Reptilian Corset at ‘America’s Got Talent’ Premiere

Sofía Vergara is ready to spice up America’s Got Talent‘s upcoming season.

On Tuesday, Vergara, 51, walked the show’s season 19 red carpet at California’s Pasadena Civic Auditorium dressed in a skin-tight custom reptilian corset by Laura Basci.

The strapless design had vertical sheer panels that accentuated Vergara’s curves. The television personality dressed it up with multiple gold bangle bracelets and chunky earrings. She completed the look with chic wide-leg dress pants and a pair of shades.

Although the actress is known to make a statement on the red carpet, the corset seems to be one of her favorite looks thus far. She’s rocked it on various Instagram posts chronicling the filming of AGT’s season 19 auditions.

One of the posts included a behind-the-scenes video of Vergara and fellow judge Heidi Klum taking photos in front of a backlit “AGT” banner. The clip showed Klum, 50, hilariously showing Vegara how to pose after telling her she looks like her Griselda character, Griselda Blanco.

Like Vergara, Klum also made a statement on Tuesday’s red carpet in an emerald green strapless rouche dress. The model accessorized the look with a metallic gold bangle and matching heels.

Howie Mandel kept his outfit casual by wearing black cargo pants, a black jean jacket, and a black T-shirt. He added a pop of color by wearing a maroon fedora hat.

Fellow judge and executive producer Simon Cowell opted for a similar aesthetic, wearing gray skinny pants, a matching T-shirt, and white tennis shoes. Host Terry Crews walked the red carpet in a black suit with silver accents and a green pocket square.

While fans will have to wait until May 28 to see the new season, Cowell, 64, told PEOPLE earlier this month that “In the first two days, we’ve used more Golden Buzzers than we’ve ever used—that’s got to be a good sign.”

When Vergara joined the judging panel in season 15, she told Extra that she was excited to be part of the show because it was “something completely different” from her long-running Modern Family sitcom.

“I thought it was the perfect opportunity to do something different after 10 years of such a fantastic TV show. I didn’t think I was going to get something like that, but I think it’s better to mix it up for a while,” she told the outlet.
