World of Warcraft Reveals April Trading Post Rewards

World of Warcraft players will soon have a new batch of Trading Post items to browse and purchase. Though April is not here yet, Blizzard pulled back the curtain on the rewards that World of Warcraft players can spend their Trader’s Tenders on starting this weekend and revealed which tasks will reward Trader’s Tenders.

The Trading Post, which was introduced shortly after the release of World of Warcraft Patch 10.0.5, got off to a shaky start and had to temporarily close. However, after Blizzard took time to fix some major issues, the Trading Post was back open for business for the rest of February. In March, Blizzard rotated out the Trading Post rewards that World of Warcraft players can spend Trader’s Tenders on. However, with a new month comes new rewards. Players that want to buy or freeze an item from the March catalog will not have much time to do so before the rewards change. However, Blizzard has stated that some rewards can return in future months.

Starting tomorrow, April 1, World of Warcraft players that complete the monthly Trading Post track will receive the Blades of Elune as the bonus reward. This is a pair of one-handed swords that fit and share the nature-based motif of the night elves. In addition, the blades are named after their main deity, the moon goddess Elune. One-handed swords can be wielded by classes such as Rogues and Hunters. Speaking of Hunters, they will have another reward that they can shoot for this month. Some recently datamined quiver and ammo pouch cosmetic items can be purchased for 500 Trader’s Tenders as well. However, the most expensive item this month, for 900 Trader’s Tenders, is the Magenta Cloud Serpent mount, which is a new color variation of the cloud serpents featured prominently in Mists of Pandaria.

Other rewards for the month include the Egbob pet, a new cloak and gloves, and various off-hand frills such as torches and books for classes that can use them. Some of the tasks that players can complete to earn Trader’s Tenders revolve around the Noblegarden event, which runs from April 10 to April 17. The Easter-inspired event will see World of Warcraft players find and collect eggs and other items throughout towns and cities. Oddly enough, the ongoing Turbulent Timeways event was left out of this month’s task list.

In addition to the new Trading Post rewards, World of Warcraft players that are also subscribed to Amazon Prime can link their Twitch and Battle.net accounts to obtain the Big Battle Bear mount. Between the Trading Post and the upcoming Patch 10.1, a busy and fun time lies ahead in World of Warcraft.
