- Dor TVs: Indian media tech venture Streambox Media has launched a new series of televisions called Dor, which will have its subscription-based operating system called DorOS. Available in three variants of 43-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch, the 4K QLED TV will require consumers to pay an activation fee on purchasing and will be charged a single subscription for every month to access the OS. It enables all the content from multiple OTT and television channels on a unified platform. The Dor TVs will also come with Dolby audio, a solar-powered remote control, and a spin-off application for viewing personalised OTT content on the go. The 43-inch variant, which will go on sale in India from December 1, 2024, costs Rs 10,799 upfront, including the activation fee and one-month subscription.
- Realme GT 7 Pro: Expanding its smartphone portfolio in India, Chinese smartphone maker Realme has started pre-bookings for its GT7 Pro models, while the first sale is scheduled to take place from November 29 on realme.com, amazon.in and other offline channels. Available in two colours – Mars Orange and Galaxy Grey – the phone will come with a RealWorld Eco² Display along with Snapdragon 8 Elite, 3nm process technology, and octa-core architecture. Using next AI capabilities, it includes features of AI Sketch to Image, AI Motion Deblur, AI Zoom Ultra Clarity, and AI Game Super Resolution. It also has a 5800mAh silicon battery with 120W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
- Asus ExpertBook Series: Focusing heavily on AI capabilities, Asus has launched its latest ExpertBook series laptops, consisting of three models: P5, B5, and B3.
P5: Leading the line of the series is the ExpertBook P5, which is Asus’s first Copilot+PC. Featuring an Intel Core Ultra processor (Series 2), it comes with an advanced Triple AI engine architecture and delivers up to 47 TOPS of AI performance, meaning faster and more efficient tasks.
ExpertBook B5 and B3: Powered by the same Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 1), they feature integrated Intel Arc graphics for smooth performance with ample memory support of up to 64 GB of DTR5 RAM and dual NVMe SSD slots. These laptops also offer IPS displays with configurations for touchscreen functionality and compatibility, followed by Wi-Fi 6E fast charging via USB C.
4. HMD Fusion: Human Mobile Devices (HMD) has officially launched its latest smartphone, the HMD Fusion, in India with the unique feature of interchangeable back covers called Smart Outfits. It features a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset with Android 14 and a 108 MP dual rear camera. The HMD Fusion is priced at Rs 17,999 in India. The company has also introduced a special price of Rs 15,999 for a limited period exclusively available on Amazon India and HMD’s official website, from November 29. The device also boasts a 6.56-inch HD+ display, a 90Hz refresh rate, 8GB of RAM, and 250 6GB of internal storage.
