With this acquisition, Aster DM Healthcare will own 100% of the target company, from the 87% stake it previously held. The transaction will be completed in two tranches and the indicative time period for completion of the acquisition is December 31, 2025.
The transaction is not classified as a related-party deal, as the promoters and group companies have no interest in Aster Aadhar outside its subsidiary status.

The operating EBITDA margin is expected to reach a level of ~23%-25% over the next 4-5 years,” it added. Shares of Aster DM Healthcare Ltd ended at ₹439.75, up by ₹0.15, or 0.034% on the BSE.
