This is its first premium residential project in Kokapet in Hyderabad, the company said.
The project is situated on 3 acre land and will feature 1.2 million square feet of saleable area, offering premium residential apartments in 3 and 4 BHK configurations.

Godrej Properties shares ended 4.29% lower at ₹2,388.9 apiece on Friday, January 10. It has fallen 27.64% in the last six months.
