Adani emphasised the significance of this achievement, adding, “Not only are we the first airport in India but also only the third in the world to achieve this milestone. This recognition is a testament to the unwavering dedication of our team at CSMIA and Adani Airports Holdings Ltd (AAHL).”
He further pledged to uphold the highest standards of service for passengers, stating, “It is my promise on behalf of AAHL to keep serving all our passengers who walk through our airports. Thank you, my passengers, and thank you, my colleagues at AAHL.”
The Level 5 accreditation is awarded based on rigorous evaluation criteria, including customer feedback, service quality, and airport operations. With this milestone, CSMIA sets a benchmark for Indian airports.
