In terms of ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavors, Spanish and Filipino cuisines share several similarities due to historical and cultural influences.

The growing presence of Spanish restaurants in the Philippines is a testament to the rich and diverse culinary landscape that Filipinos proudly embrace, thanks to the familiar flavors of Spanish cuisine that resonate with our palates.

Bueno Tapas & Wine, located in the upscale One Maridien Tower, offers a sophisticated dining experience in the heart of Bonifacio Global City’s bustling food scene.

Bueno Tapas & Wine’s executive chef Kennedy Alfonso, who hails from the culinary hub of San Sebastian, Spain, has meticulously crafted a menu that faithfully embodies the authentic flavors of the European country.

“Ninety percent of our ingredients come directly from Spain,” Chef Kennedy shared during a November media preview of the restaurant.

“This ensures our dishes stay true to their origins while incorporating fresh local produce,” he added.

If you are in BGC and in the mood for Spanish cuisine, here are five dishes you should not miss when dining at Bueno Tapas & Wine.

Bueno Tapas & Wine is open from Monday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to midnight.
