Commercial electric vehicle (EV) leasing and asset management company Alt Mobility has secured $10 million in Series A funding in a round led by European venture capital firm Eurazeo, with participation from existing investors Shell Ventures, Twynam Earth Fund, and EV2 Ventures. The Delhi-based company had previously raised $6.45 million.

Founded in 2021, Alt Mobility is a full-stack EV leasing platform offering mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) for commercial vehicle users. It simplifies financing and provides reliable technology that supports the transition of intra-city logistics to electric mobility, reducing carbon footprints and improving profitability.

Dev Arora, Co-Founder and CEO of Alt Mobility, outlined plans to allocate significant capital toward scaling operations, aiming to expand vehicle deployments from 10,000 to approximately 30,000 within the next 12 to 18 months. This growth is expected to boost the company’s asset under management (AUM) to nearly ₹800 crore.

Arora also highlighted efforts to broaden the company’s capabilities beyond financing by incorporating aftermarket services, such as access to service and charging infrastructure, through partnerships with third-party providers to facilitate market expansion.
