Neuron7.ai to utilise million Series B funding for product innovation and market expansion

Neuron7.ai, a service resolution intelligence startup, has secured $44 million in a Series B funding round led by Smith Point Capital. Existing investors Nexus Venture Partners and Battery Ventures also participated in the oversubscribed round, bringing the company’s total funding to over $63 million.

With the fresh funding, Neuron7.ai plans to focus on two key areas: product innovation and market expansion. “With this fundraise, there are two things that we’re going to focus on significantly. One is going to be product innovation. We have an entire roadmap, we have an amazing customer advisory board, and we want to go into very high-value add predictions for manufacturers of ATMs or hi-tech industrial equipment and medical devices and so on. Second, we want to get into sectors like telecom and managed services by deploying not just resolution intelligence but also getting into the predictive space — the next likely error, intelligent pathways, and predictive maintenance, so things that are very valuable to humans at the front line servicing,” Niken Patel, Co-Founder and CEO of Neuron7.ai said in an interview to CNBC-TV18.

Neuron7.ai is on track to double its top-line revenue this year, with 85% of its current revenues derived from Fortune 1,000 companies. The company aims to triple its user base among existing clients while doubling the number of industry logos in its portfolio.

India plays a pivotal role in Neuron7.ai’s growth strategy as a market and talent reservoir. Patel noted that India is home to many telecom and data centre companies ripe for innovation. “India has been a significant market for us, with multinational companies already deploying our product here. We see opportunities to double or triple the number of new companies we work with in India and beyond,” said Patel.

Neuron7.ai also plans to expand its AI talent pool in India, building on its long-standing recruitment ties with premier institutions like the IITs.
