Harris’ video for supporters comes weeks after the US presidential election results on November 5 where it became clear that Donald Trump will succeed President Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will be succeeded by JD Vance.
Commenting on the video, X users claimed that Harris looked inappropriately drunk and asked if anyone checked the speech video before it was uploaded.
North Carolina US House of Representatives member Virginia Foxx reshared the video saying, “the dial-up modem sound played on an infinite loop is more bearable than 28 seconds of whatever this is.”

Another user said, “Kamala Harris appears to be a functioning alcoholic who almost became President of America.”
Dan McLaughlin, a writer for National Review, commented, “No video like this would ever have been released by a politician who is not hated by her staff.”
