Arvind Fashions Q3 Results: Shares jump on strong profit growth, margins improve

Arvind Fashions Ltd reported a strong set of numbers for the third quarter of the FY25, with net profit from continuing operations surging 60% year-on-year to ₹48 crore from ₹30 crore in the same quarter last year.

The company’s revenue from operations grew 7% year-on-year to ₹1,203 crore, compared to ₹1,125 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, reflecting steady demand for its apparel and accessory brands.

Arvind Fashions owns a distinguished array of iconic global brands in India, including Arrow, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, US Polo Assn., and Flying Machine.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 15% year-on-year to ₹165 crore from ₹143 crore, supported by higher sales and operational efficiencies.

The EBITDA margin expanded to 13.7% in Q3 FY25, compared to 12.7% in Q3 FY24, showcasing an improvement in profitability.

Shares of Arvind Fashions surged following the results, with the stock trading 3% higher at ₹497.20 on the BSE at 01:32 pm. Investors reacted positively to the company’s Q3 performance.

Arvind Fashions, known for its portfolio of premium and international fashion brands, continues to focus on expanding its retail presence and optimising costs to drive sustained growth.
