Another notable winner from JMM, Niral Purty, secured the Majhgaon constituency by a margin exceeding 30,000 votes, showcasing the alliance’s stronghold in tribal-dominated regions.

In urban strongholds, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) saw a mixed performance. Manoj Kumar Yadav from Barhi constituency emerged as a significant winner for the BJP, with a lead of over 21,000 votes, while Raj Sinha retained his seat in Dhanbad with a margin of approximately 18,500 votes.

The INDIA bloc’s overwhelming success was celebrated across the state as Chief Minister Hemant Soren expressed gratitude to the electorate for reaffirming their trust in the alliance.
