Camille Prats and VJ Yambao are celebrating eight years of marriage.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, the Kapuso actress and host shared snaps from their anniversary dinner and credited their faith in God for keeping their marriage strong.
“We took time to reflect on the past eight years—where life has taken us, the challenges we’ve overcome, and the countless blessings God has faithfully given us,” Camille wrote in her caption.
She added that she learned that marriage is “impossible without the Lord.”
“If we try to carry the weight of marriage on our own strength or forgive offenses on our own, there comes a point when we’d say, ‘Enough is enough.’ But with Jesus at the center, His love and forgiveness flow through our marriage,” Camille said.
“It has been an incredible journey with you, my love,” she added. “Let’s finish strong! I’m so excited for all that’s yet to come for us and our family.”
Camille and VJ got married in 2017. They have two kids together: Nala and Nolan.
Camille has a teen son named Nathan with Anthony Linsangan, who passed away in 2011 due to nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
The couple also co-parent Ice, VJ’s teenage son from a previous relationship.
