RuPay JCB Global card cashback offer available until Jan 29: How to avail

RuPay JCB Global Cardholders can avail of a 25% cashback on Point-of-Sale (PoS) transactions made in Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines. The cashback offer is valid till January 29, 2025, for both debit and credit cardholders.

According to the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), the cashback is applicable for all eligible transactions made at merchant locations accepting RuPay JCB Global Cards.

Key details include:

Cashback rate: 25% of the transaction amount.

Maximum cap: ₹3,000 per transaction and ₹15,000 per card during the offer period.

Eligibility: No minimum transaction value is required to qualify.

Cardholders need to ensure their RuPay JCB Global Card is activated for international transactions through their issuing bank.

This can be done via net banking, mobile banking, phone banking, or by visiting a bank branch.

NPCI has stated that the cashback will be credited to the cardholder’s account within 60 days after the end of the campaign period. Incomplete, declined, invalid, or disputed transactions will not qualify for the offer.

NPCI reserves the right to amend or discontinue the campaign without prior notice. The organisation also clarified that technical issues or incorrect swiping at merchant locations may affect transaction eligibility.

Cardholders facing issues can contact their issuing banks.

The campaign aims to promote the use of RuPay JCB Global Cards internationally and ensure seamless transactions for cardholders.
