Hyundai Creta Electric
Hyundai India unveiled the Creta Electric SUV ahead of its January 17 launch. It will be the brand’s most affordable electric car in India. The design of the new electric SUV is heavily inspired by its ICE counterpart. The Hyundai Creta electric will have unique elements such as a closed-off grille and charging port at the front end, as well as new aerodynamic 17-inch alloy wheels, while the silhouette remains the same.
2025 Ather 450 Electric Scooter
Ather Energy has announced the launch of the 2025 Ather 450 electric scooter in India. The manufacturer announced the EV would debut at the Track Attack event on January 4. It is worth noting that the electric scooter was first introduced in India in 2018 and has been long overdue for an update. It is expected to include the ‘Magic Twist’ feature, which enables the user to use the throttle twist for braking.
Bajaj Pulsar new bike
Bajaj Auto recently released a teaser of a new Pulsar motorcycle that seems to be from a single-cylinder engine. It will be a high-performance motorbike, most likely an ‘RS’ variant. There is a possibility that the next bike could be the ‘RS 400,’ a super sport derivative of the NS400Z. It gets a 373cc single-cylinder engine, which produces 39.5 hp at 8,800 rpm, and the peak torque output is 35 Nm at 6,500 rpm.
The Pulsar NS400Z also gets a 6-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch as standard. So, if it is the Pulsar RS400, then you can expect to get similar power output and similar features to the NS400Z. It is expected to be priced at a premium of Rs. 10,000-Rs. 15,000 over the NS400Z, which costs Rs. 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom).
Kia Syros
Kia recently launched the Syros in the Indian market. It is placed between the Sonet and the Seltos in the line-up. Notably, the manufacturer has started taking bookings for the all-new model from January 3 by paying a token amount of Rs 25,000. The deliveries of the Syros are expected to begin in the second week of February. The exterior design of the all-new model is complemented by colour options that include Intense Red, Frost Blue, Pewter Olive, Aurora Black Pearl, Gravity Grey, Imperial Blue, Glacier White Pearl and Sparking Silver. It is packed with features like a power-adjustable driver seat, wireless charging, wireless Android Auto and others.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 650
The Royal Enfield Himalayan 650 is generating a lot of buzz, ever since the reports of its launch surfaced on the internet. The upcoming model has been spied on during the testing phase overseas and revealed a few of its notable features. With its expected launch in the festive season in 2025, this bike is poised to make a significant impact in the market. It is expected to use a 648cc twin-cylinder engine that delivers a maximum of 47 hp and 52 Nm of peak torque.
