Unimech Aerospace IPO sees 174.93x subscription on final bidding day

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd’s initial public offering (IPO) was oversubscribed by an impressive 174.93 times on the final day of bidding, according to data from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The ₹500-crore IPO received bids for 82.28 crore shares, significantly outpacing the 47 lakh shares on offer.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion was subscribed 317.63 times, while non-institutional investors submitted bids 263.40 times more than the available shares. Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) participated heavily, with their portion receiving 56.16 times subscription.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹250 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to ₹250 crore. The price range for the shares has been set between ₹745 and ₹785.

Anand Rathi Advisors Ltd and Equirus Capital Private Ltd are acting as the book-running lead managers for the offering.

Unimech Aerospace, which specializes in high-precision engineering solutions, serves industries including aerospace, defence, energy, and semiconductors. The company’s shares will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
