Lava International Limited has announced its new smartphone, the Blaze Duo 5G. It comes with a secondary AMOLED rear display and is out in two configurations: 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Sales start on Amazon from December 20 onwards.
Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset, it has a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED main display, supporting 120Hz refresh rate. Further, it has a 64MP primary camera and 2MP macro lens on the back, while a 16MP camera on the front. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports up to 33W fast charging. It runs on Android 14 out of the box. A key highlight is its 1.58-inch rear AMOLED display placed next to the back camera panel.
The device is available in two colour options — Celestial Blue and Arctic White. Its 6GB+128GB variant comes for ₹16,999 (₹14,999 with bank offers), while the cost for 8+128 option is ₹17,999 (₹15,999 with bank offers).
2. Realme 14X 5G
This week, Realme 14x 5G was launched in India It comes with an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance as well as an IP68 rating that offers continuous water immersion protection. Powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and a 6,000mAh battery, the phone has a 6.67-inch HD+ (720 x 1,604 pixels) IPS LCD screen that offers up to w120Hz refresh rate and 625 nits of peak brightness level. It comes with Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 out of the box.
Realme 14x 5G has been priced at ₹14,999 for the 6GB + 128GB option, while 8GB + 128GB variant has been listed for ₹15,999. It is available for purchase via Flipkart as well as Realme India e-store and offline stores.
3. Poco M7 Pro 5G
Priced at ₹14,999 for the base model in India and ₹16,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model, Poco M7 Pro 5G comes with a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,400 pixel) Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It further offers 2,100 nits peak brightness. It runs on MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra SoC and HyperOS, based on Android 14.
The phone features a 40-megapixel front-facing sensor for selfies as well as a 1/1.95-inch 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 main sensor, accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor on the rear.
4. Poco C75 5G
This week, Poco further expanded its lower range of smartphones with Poco C75 5G which comes with a 6.88-inch HD+ (720 x 1,600 pixel) screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 120 Hz refresh rate. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 CPU and comes with Xiaomi’s HyperOS, which is based on Android 14.
Along with a 5,160mAh battery that supports up to 18W wired charging, the phone has a 50-megapixel rear camera in addition to a 5-megapixel front sensor.
The Poco C75 5G is priced at ₹7,999 for the 4GB + 64GB RAM and storage option.
5. Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition
Lenovo this week introduced its Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition in India, a premium laptop that has been developed in collaboration with Intel. Powered by the second-generation Intel Core Ultra processor having an advertised battery life of 18 hours, this chipset features an 8-core hybrid architecture, a high-performance GPU, and a neural processing unit (NPU), which have the capability to deliver more than 45 TOPS (trillions of operations per second) of AI performance.
