Gurugram is emerging as a premium property market apart from Mumbai and Bengaluru. The Golf Course Road area is expected to compete with other luxury markets in India, such as Mumbai’s Altamount Road and New Delhi’s Lutyens’ Zone. It is emerging as a hub for ultra-luxury developments and the newest addition for elite investors.

Before this, an 11,000-square-foot apartment in the same project was sold for ₹114 crore in a re-sale in October last year.

In 2014, DLF offered the Camellias in Gurgaon as bare-shell units for ₹22,500 per square foot.
