Downdetector, a platform that tracks online service disruptions, reported widespread issues, with approximately 50% of website users unable to access the platform. Additionally, 40% of app users reported functionality problems, while 10% faced errors specifically related to ticket booking.
Passengers reported difficulties such as login failures, errors while searching for train schedules or fares, and incomplete transactions. Many expressed frustration over the timing of the outage, as it directly impacted their ability to book Tatkal tickets.
