Voicing.AI’s technology delivers human-like voice interactions across 20 languages, offering conversational, contextual and emotional intelligence to redefine customer communication, LTIMindtree said in an exchange filing.
LTIMindtree aims to enhance business processes by integrating Voicing.AI’s advanced voice technology into enterprise ecosystems, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
This partnership will enable clients to optimise costs, reduce operational risks, improve customer experience, address revenue leakages and personalise customer interactions.
The Voicing.AI platform is designed to seamlessly integrate with custom tools, knowledge bases (structured or unstructured), CRM systems and leading call management platforms. It adheres to stringent security standards, being fully compliant with SOC2, HIPAA and multi-layered data protection protocols., the company said.

Shares of LTIMindtree were trading 0.97% higher at 6,222.85 on the BSE around 9.36 am.
