The Badgers pulled out a win in another close game against Northwestern.
The No. 15 Wisconsin Badgers extended their winning streak to six games on Saturday, defeating the Northwestern Wildcats 71-63 in a slower-paced game, improving to 13-3 on the season.
Offensively, the Badgers were very efficient, scoring over 1.2 points per possession for the second consecutive game, while shooting 50 percent from both the field and from three.
Defensively, Wisconsin let up only 63 total points, despite Northwestern’s Boo Buie scoring 22 points, as the Badgers held the Wildcats to 42.6 percent from the field and 28.6 percent from three.
