Jennifer Lopez is celebrating the release of her new single in style.
This morning, Jenny From the Block dropped “Can’t Get Enough,” the first single from her forthcoming ninth studio album, This Is Me … Now. In the hours preceding the song’s release, the singer posted a stylish series of photos to her Instagram account, modeling a monochromatic fit complete with a dash of snakeskin.
“Today is the day!” Lopez captioned the post. “Getting ready to go live … My new single #CantGetEnough is out in less than 1 hour #linkinbio.”
In the slideshow, the Hustlers actor makes beige seem like the most interesting color, with a chic ensemble that looks like something Melanie Griffith might wear if Working Girl were coming out in 2024.
The beige fit included a single-breasted, oversize alpaca coat, left open to reveal a scoop-neck minidress in tweed, both pieces courtesy of Magda Butrym. To complete the neutral-toned ensemble, Lopez added a pair of over-the-knee boots from the Tommy Hilfiger x Zendaya collection in a beige python print. She also sported a silver ring from Jennifer Fisher.
J.Lo’s look totally gave off “working professional,” and what better way to mark her new single release? This Is Me … Now is slated to come out February 16, and is intended as a sequel to her third studio album, 2002’s This Is Me … Then. Lopez’s engagement that year to Ben Affleck inspired the release, but the stars subsequently broke up and would not reconnect for another decade and a half. Now, Bennifer have rekindled their relationship and tied the knot, prompting Lopez to explore their romance with new music. This will be her first studio album in 10 years.
