While Hollywood sees couples splitting up left and right every year, fans can’t help but get invested in their favorite celebrity couples over the years. So, whether your favorite couple is Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, or Zendaya and Tom Holland, nothing can prepare us for when the seemingly most long-standing couples blindside us with unexpected splits.
During the red carpet for the 2024 Golden Globes, for example, a conversation between the beloved couple Emily Blunt and John Krasinski has the internet in shambles for that exact reason.

In the clip, which has already garnered over two million views on TikTok, Blunt and Krasinski, who have been married since 2010, come together for a side hug and they pose for pictures. At the moment, Krasinski then can be heard whispering something into Blunt’s ear.
For many, The Quiet Place director can be heard saying “I can’t wait to divorce, I’m serious.”
For others, the actor is not complaining about their marriage and is merely talking about the event itself. “I can’t wait to get through this,” some fans hear. “I can’t wait to get indoors,” theorized another curious fan. “It’s so windy.”
And while we won’t be certain what Krasinski said anytime soon, check out the clip for yourself HERE!, it would undoubtedly be a shame to add Blunt and Krasinski to our “2024 Celebrity Splits gallery.” After all, in addition to being married for over a decade, the two, who have been together since 2008, also share daughters Violet, 7, and Hazel, 9.
Fingers crossed these divorce rumors are nothing but a misunderstanding!
