iniBuilds has had a busy, busy week of announcements and releases, and today is no different with the team announcing many of their 2024 plans. The biggest news from their forum post is the confirmation of their secret project: the Airbus A350 for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Airbus A350
As said, the biggest announcement from the forum post is the confirmation of the Airbus A350. Both the -900 and the -1000 variants are planned, with both winglet types modelled on the -900. The screenshot below is a very early look at the planes
There isn’t very much information at this stage, but iniBuilds said that they intend on releasing the A350 in 2024.
Airbus A380
The Airbus A380 isn’t a new project announcement, as iniBuilds announced its development years ago. But that said, the team is re-starting development on the plane alongside the A350 project. The new A380 will be for Microsoft Flight Simulator and released after the A350. No time frame was provided, nor will any other versions for other simulators be planned at this time.
Airbus A300-600R
We had an in-depth look at the A300-600R a week ago (check that out here), but it has been confirmed streamers and content creators will be sharing previews from December 26th 2023. Also at this time, we can expect a price, release date, and a ‘welcome to’ video introducing the plane and its planned feature set. We’ll be of course sharing some of our favourite previews, along with the associated release information when we learn more.
New Airports: Leeds Bradford and Abu Dhabi
iniBuilds continues their jounrey in the UAE, with the announcement of Abu Dhabi International Airport for MSFS. The airport will include the new Terminal A, plenty of points of interest, and a number of assets that everyone should recognise from the area. A few images from the old terminal are shown below.
The second of the new airport announcements is Leeds Bradford Airport. It’s in the early stages of development, but a few previews were shared below.
iniBuilds confirms that two other UK airports are planned for 2024.
The team said on the forums “from all of us at iniBuilds thank you for all your support on the various projects we have produced for the flight sim community!“
We’ll be sure to keep you updated on progress of all their projects.
