If it is the weekend, you will probably find me in something that is comfy, cozy, or casual. Weekends are for relaxing and recharging; at least, they are for me. So, here are two of the latest casual weekend styles I just bought from Nordstrom Rack.
Latest Casual Weekend Styles – Neutrals
Lately, I have found myself embracing neutrals more than ever. I’m a huge fan of the Vanilla Girl Esthetic, and right behind that is my love for gray. I’m always looking for neutral pieces in styles that I can wear in multiple ways and for years to come. Since neutrals can be worn with almost anything, they are easy to find lots of ways to wear them.
Whenever I shop, I look for something that is soft and cozy. I rarely shop in store, but if I do, I will walk down a row simply feeling of the clothing. If it is not soft, it stays in the store! I recently purchased this Drop Shoulder Cashmere Sweater, but it is one of my favorite purchases this winter. I love the style and the fit, and it is so soft since it is cashmere. The medium fits me great, and I loved the sweater so much that I just ordered it in black and pink.
I used to have a rhinestone circle necklace that I wore all the time, but the chain broke. I’ve been looking for a replacement, and I was thrilled to find it at Nordstrom Rack. The Swarovski Crystal Circle Pendant Necklace is available in silver or gold tone and is extremely affordable. This is a final sale, so you want to make sure it is something you would wear or could gift since it can’t be returned.
If you’ve ever tried Kurt Geiger items, then you will understand how gorgeous and nice they are in person. You will usually find Kurt Geiger items with the lock feature or an eagle head. I love both icons, so I looked up the meaning of the eagle head. It represents strength, courage, and endurance. I want all of those! Lol! Here are a few other styles that I like from this brand.
Latest Casual Weekend Styles – Overnight Stay
If you’re going on a weekend trip or getaway, you’ll need a cute Quilted Weekend Duffle Bag. As soon as I saw this one, I grabbed it before it sold out. I love the quilted material with the gold hardware and brad detail.
This is a large duffle bag and will hold pretty much everything you would need for the weekend. The duffle is faux-leather and seems to be durable, so it should last for a long time. Plus, it looks CHIC and stylish.
Latest Casual Weekend Styles – Colorful
Just because I’m embracing neutrals, that doesn’t mean that I’ve thrown my love of colorful clothing to the curb.
I LOVE this orange Mock Neck Cashmere Sweater! I’m a Tennessee girl, so it works for my love of the Tennessee Volunteers. But, I just love how it brightens up my mood, and it brightens my face too. This is also cashmere, but it is more expensive than the first sweater. I do love the style of this sweater, and I especially love the length. It will be great to wear with leggings and a cute pair of ankle boots for a brunch date.
Here is a look from the side so you can see the length of the sweater from the rear.
This vintage style, rounded hoop earring is trending. I love the look since they are chunky and make a statement. These 2.2″ Hoop Earrings are 18K gold-plated bronze and lightweight enough that they don’t pull your earlobes down.
I hate it when something I’ve styled is sold out before you get an opportunity to get it for yourself. These jeans must have sold out quickly, and I’m not even going to get a pair for myself. I ordered sizes 29 and 30 since I wasn’t sure what size would fit. Unfortunately, neither size fit because this pair was so stretchy that the waist was huge on me. I did find a few more jeans that might work instead, so, I’ll link to those below.
Who’s a fan of Longchamp? These bags are known for their quality and functionality. Plus, they have an iconic design that makes them immediately recognizable. I thought this was a funky leopard print, but it turns out that it is a funky panther print instead. Either way, it is cute and funky!
Nordstrom Rack sponsors this post, and I will receive compensation, but the opinions expressed are my own.
