Changes are coming to the makeup of the shadow cabinet.
Speaking on Radio Jamaica’s Beyond the Headlines on Thursday evening, People’s National Party (PNP) General Secretary Dr. Dayton Campbell said the changes will soon be made public.
“We want the country to see what a future PNP government will look like and sound like. So there will be some changes. Those persons would have had their task force in place and they would have had a retreat earlier this year, when they would have presented the main issues and at least three policy ideas that they will put forward for a future PNP government to hit the ground running from day one,” Dr. Campbell disclosed.
He said the party’s vision and policy task force is working with members of the shadow cabinet to fine-tune ideas and confront the current challenges affecting society. These, he said, will inform the PNP’s manifesto.
