The fashion industry figure also wrote that her partner’s swimwear was ‘a step above his finger toe shoes.’
The pair initially began dating in 2019, when they took a romantic getaway to Mexico.
The model was previously linked to several other individuals, including Nick Jonas and Danny Amendola.
The couple eventually went Instagram official later that year, and they remained together for nearly four years before the athlete popped the big question this past April.
