If you’re unfamiliar with the offerings, now’s a great time to try the Reese Bros brisket or some pork spare ribs. The queso fundido smoke sausage, which comes perfectly sliced, is a clear example of the type of fusion you’ll find at the barbecue spot. If you’re in the mood for something a little on the lighter side, turkey breast is also an option.
Do not skip out on the sides, especially the poblano mac and cheese, which offers a touch of flavorful heat to a classic dish. All the pickles, tortillas, and barbecue sauce are made in-house, so everything has that special Reese Bros touch.
“…the results have been incredible,” said Texas Monthly writer Daniel Vaughn.
