It’s okay to admit that prepping for Easter can be a lot. There’s filling the
Easter baskets, decorating the house, organizing all those Easter activities, and that’s before you even consider all the food you have to prepare: Easter brunch, Easter dinner, and Easter desserts. Not only do you need to find time to make everything, but then you have to find all that space in your oven, too. Ugh! Well, we’re giving you permission to take shortcuts where you can, starting with these no-bake Easter desserts.
Just because you’re saving time and space with these no-bake desserts does not mean you’re cutting out any deliciousness. You’ll find plenty of Easter pies, no-bake cookies, and Easter cakes in every spring dessert flavor you can think of: chocolate desserts, strawberry recipes, and zesty lemon desserts. No one will have any clue that you didn’t put them in the oven (well, maybe except the ice cream recipes ).
You’ll find other baking shortcuts like using the microwave to speed up the process and relying on store-bought graham crackers, cereal, and cookies to add texture and flavor (Oreo desserts to the rescue). Best of all, most of these are make-ahead recipes, so you can check them off your long holiday to-do list and give yourself more time and space.
