TikToker Nicole Smith (@lipsandlattes) specializes in making women feel young.
In a viral post pinned to the top of her page, the 46-year-old explained why wearing old styles can make you appear 10 years older.
“If you’re stuck in millennial fashion, it’s time to change it up,” Nicole wrote. “The outfits you choose could be aging you.”
“I’m a firm believer that how you carry yourself can make you look much younger without Botox or even filler,” she added.

One dated millennial style that is “definitely out” is wearing a peplum shirt with ripped skinny jeans.
“This doesn’t work anymore. If you’re wearing this, you’re aging yourself up by like 10 years,” she said.
“I mean, you look like a mom wearing this outfit,” Nicole claimed.
The first tip is to get high-waisted wide-leg jeans or bootcut jeans.
With long tops being out, Nicole said to opt for a crop top.
“Combine bootcut jeans with the waistline top, and now you’re looking more youthful,” she said.
“Keeping up with the trends keeps you looking young,” the fashionista added.
Nicole suggested buying a short T-shirt from Zara.
To finish the look, you just need to add tennis shoes.
Wide-legged jeans are a trend that was popular during Y2K, the ’90s, and the ’70s, per In Style.
They are a “timeless” closet staple, according to the publication.
