She also prepares lemon zest, Calabrian chilli paste, parmesan cheese, and other ingredients in a bowl, which she adds to the roasted veggies. Then, just toss and serve for a fabulous meal, which “gets even more flavorful after sitting in the fridge overnight,” according to De Laurentiis. Who knew meal prepping would be this easy?
