Looking to tree-t yourself on Christmas by leaving the cooking to someone else?

Although many major chains and restaurants will shut their doors on Dec. 24 and 25, several places will still prepare a holiday meal that yule quite enjoy.

Before heading out, double-check the operating hours with your local affiliate for national chains, as they often vary by location over the holidays.

Will McDonald’s be open on Christmas? How about other fast food chains?

The Golden Arches will be open on a case-by-case basis across the US on Christmas Eve and Day. Use the McDonald’s store locator for specific operating times.

Select Wendy’s locations will be open on Christmas Eve, the company announced.

Other fast food joints, like Burger King, Taco Bell, and Popeyes, have varying hours this holiday season.

Chipotle will be closed on Christmas, but it’s business as usual on Dec. 24.

Select Boston Market locations will be open on Christmas — all will be operating on Christmas Eve with catering options.

Cracker Barrel is one of the sit-down restaurants open on Christmas Eve. What are some others?

Get an early jump if you can’t have Christmas without Cracker Barrel’s biscuits.

The chain will only be open until 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve and will be closed the following day.

Select Applebee’s restaurants will also be open on Christmas Eve, most with reduced hours.

The Cheesecake Factory will open its doors on the 24th as well.

Krispy Kreme locations will remain open until 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve if you need something quick for a holiday get-together. The stores will be closed on Christmas.

For those who feel holiday sweaters are overrated and prefer the company of servers in tank tops, Hooters will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve and will open at 4 p.m. on Christmas.

Denny’s will be open Christmas Eve and Day, as will Morton’s Steakhouse locations.

And Waffle House will be open on Christmas Eve and Day.
