The Constitution of the United States has a Very Clear Separations of Powers between the 3 Branches of OUR Federal Government!
The Article I Branch, the “People’s Branch” is the House of Representatives and The US Senate, and the Speaker of OUR House is the Most Important Politician in OUR Article I Branch.
The Article II Branch of the Constitution of the United States is the Executive Branch of Our Federal Government and the President of the United States is the Lead Executive of OUR Article II Branch. Of Course, the Department of Defense, Originally the Department of War is Part of the Article II Branch of Our Federal Government, so the President of the United States is also the Commander in Chief of OUR US Military!
The Article III Branch of Our Federal Government is the Judicial Branch of Our Federal judiciary, ano0,0d the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States is the Head of the Article III Branch of Our Federal Government!
Under the Constitution of the United States, as Laid Out in the Other IV Articles of the Constitution of the United States; ALL 3 of Our 3 Branches of Our Federal Government have the Responsibility to Act as Checks Against the Possible Wrongdoings by the Other 2 Branches of Our Federal Government!
I Certainly have Absolutely No Clue what the Constitution of the State of Ohio Says, or How it’s Written, but as Far as I Know; ALL of Our Various State’s State Constitutions also have 3 Branches in Their Own State’s Government’s!
I Certainly Know that the Constitution of the State of New Jersey has 3 Branches of Our State’s Government Written directly into it, just Like the Constitution of the United States has 3 Co-Egual Branches Written into it!
Of Course, there Are Quite a Few Differences between the State Constitutions of the State of New Jersey, the State of Delaware, the State of New York, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania too!
Unfortunately, both New York and Pennsylvania’s State Constitution’s Allow the Voter’s in Their State’s Elect Prosecutor’s and Judges, but Thank God that both New Jersey and Delaware Follow the Federal Model and Chief Executive’s of Our Various Sections of OUR State’s Government’s Nominated People to Fill those Jobs and the Article I Branches of Our State’s, County’s and Local Government’s Approve those Nominees, or Don’t Approve those Nominees!
What Does the Constitution of the Buckeye State of Ohio Actually Say?
Of Course, What Has the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio “Decided” what the Constitution of the State of Ohio Says, with Decisions throughout Ohio’s History?
BTW; Don’t Forget that the Constitution of the United States also has a “Supremacy Clause” somewhere in It’s Last 4 Articles that Can Often Override what the State Constitutional of Our Various “Great American” State’s Say!
Incidentally just For Everybody Who “Seemd” to Have Forgotten what They “Supposedly” Learned about US History from Elementary School thru High Schools, College’s/Universities, and the Rest of Your Who’s Lives;
The ONLY Way to “Change” Anything the Constitution of the United States actually “Says” in Writing is By Getting an Article of Amendment to the Constitution of the United States Written, and after 1 of Several Ways, Getting that Article of Amendment Sent Back to the Government’s of OUR State’s, and By Trhee Quarters of OUR State’s Government’s Agreeing to Ratify that Article of Amendment to Get it Added TO the Constitution of the United States!
When was the Last Time Three Quarters of OUR “Great American State’s” Government’s Agreed to Ratify an Article of Amendment and Add it To the Constitution of the United States?
That’s actually Pretty Easy to Check Out!
Article of Amendment XXVII was Finally Ratified on May 7th 1992.
What Does the Twenty Seventh Amendment to the Constitution of the United States “Say”?
Of Course, Don’t Forget that the Supreme Court of the United States has been “Deciding” what the Articles of the Constitution of the United States actually “Mean” with Supreme Court Decisions Throughout US History too!
