The duo, who have denied rumors they are dating, were spotted leaving a late-night dance rehearsal Friday in Los Angeles.
Mauricio, 53, looked relaxed in a teal long sleeve golf shirt and sand toned joggers.
The real estate executive wore gray sneakers and a black billed cap over his short salt and pepper hair.
His beard was neatly trimmed and he sported some friendship-type bracelets on his wrist.
Emma, 34, bundled up in the cool night air in a gray and black sweater with a charcoal toned zip jacket.
She showcased her toned pins in black leggings and walked out in sturdy ankle boots with a thick black soles.
The chorographer carried a water bottle and a large Louis Vuitton bag.
Her long, blonde hair lay in loose layers around her shoulders and down her back.
The dance partners have been preparing an Argentine Tango for Tuesday night’s performance.
The Dealmaker author, who is currently separated from his wife, Kyle Richards, 54, has found a vocal ally in talk show host Kelly Ripa.
When the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star appeared on Live! with Kelly and Mark Friday, she told the hosts about receiving nasty messages on social media since the breakup.
‘It’s been rough,’ the Halloween franchise star told the hosts.
‘This is unchartered territory for me. It’s been difficult.’
‘Fortunately, it was amicable,’ she said.
‘It’s hard. My main concern is our daughters, who’ve been amazing, my four best friends. It is hard.’
Although they are separated, both Kyle and Mauricio are still living in the same house.
Kyle said other fans fans have expressed their frustration because they ‘feel like they want to know all the answers’ and ‘create their own story because we haven’t explained everything.’
