AEW All In made history with a paid attendance of 81,035 tickets sold for the Wembley Stadium event, surpassing WWE SummerSlam 1992 and WWE WrestleMania 32 in attendance. Mercedes Mone (formerly Sasha Banks) was in attendance for the AEW spectacular, centered around the budding friendship between MJF and Adam Cole. With two matches each on one show, the odds are against the two remaining BFFs by the end of the night.
Cole and MJF will challenge Aussie Open for the ROH Tag Team Championships on the Zero Hour pre-show before Cole challenges MJF for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship. Chris Jericho will face hometown favorite Will Ospreay while The Golden Elite (Kenny Omega, Hangman Adam Page and Kota Ibushi) face Bullet Club Gold in a six-man tag team match.
This week’s broadcast of AEW Dynamite garnered 870,000.

AEW All In 2023 Winners And Grades
MJF And Adam Cole Def. Aussie Open (Zero Hour)
Predictably, fans in London were fiending for the Kangaroo Kick from jump.
Aussie Open attacked MJF and Adam Cole before they could perform their signature taunt, resulting in immediate heat.
MJF took a little too long to tease a dive, resulting in Aussie Open to recover and interrupt the maneuver.
MJF finally delivered a double Kangaroo Kick to Aussie Open and it resulted in the first massive pop of the night. MJF and Cole went on to win the match with a Double Clothesline.
Interestingly enough, Mercedes Mone was in attendance at AEW All In.
MJF and Cole vs. Aussie Open Grade: B+
Hook Def. Jack Perry
Hook wore gear inspired by Clockwork Orange, while Jack Perry entered the arena in a limousine.
After a spot on the front window of the limousine, Jack Perry said “real glass, cry me a river!” Punk and Perry later got in a legitimate physical altercation just before Punk’s entrance.
Jungle Boy teased a Van Terminator before stepping down and flipping off Wembley Stadium.
Both Jungle Boy and Hook bled from their bodies.
Hook vs. Jack Perry Grade: B-
CM Punk Def. Samoa Joe
Fans cheered CM Punk and even sang along to his theme. They gave Samoa Joe the same treatment. As the match progressed, however, cheers for CM Punk were mixed in with loud boos.
Samoa Joe moved out of the way of a CM Punk top-rope maneuver, but Punk anticipated it and came back with a tornado DDT. Joe made good by moving out of the way of a dive to the outside.
CM Punk was busted open after his head crashed through the table.
Midway through the match, Punk began working heel, including portraying the heel in a Hulk Hogan tribute spot. Punk also portrayed John Cena in a John Cena comeback and squeezed in a Terry Funk tribute.
CM Punk vs. Samoa Joe Grade: B+
Bullet Club Gold Def. The Golden Elite
Another AI art rendering, this time of Takeshita and Don Callis, was displayed throughout Takeshita’s entrance.
For whatever reason, Kenny Omega has done away with his epic ring announcement from Justin Roberts, but Roberts does mention North Carolina!
Wembley showered Kenny Omega by singing “oh Kenny Omega!”
Jim Ross encapsulated AEW officiating in a nutshell by saying: “I have no idea who the legal men are, do you?” Excalibur didn’t know either, and proceeded to bury Rick Knox.
It was around this time that reports began to break of CM Punk getting into a fight with Jack Perry before Punk’s match at AEW All in. I’ll bet Punk leaked the story during the Golden Elite match to steal the spotlight for the Elite yet again.
An entertaining match ended when Takeshita shockingly pinned Kenny Omega. It was a flat finish that stunned and silenced a crowd of 80,000-plus.
Golden Elite vs. Bullet Club Elite Grade: B
FTR Def. The Young Bucks
Halfway through FTR vs. Young Bucks, and after multiple finishers, there were chants of “fight forever.”
There was a weird spot where Dax took too long to breakup a pinfall after a BTE Trigger, forcing Nick Jackson to pull Cash’s arm as if he had kicked out.
After the match, which ended after an FTR Shatter Machine, FTR offered a handshake, but the Young Bucks declined.

Orange Cassidy, Best Friends, Kingston, Penta El Zero M And Ortiz Win Stadium Stampede Match
The Blackpool Combat Club walked out wearing all black trenchcoats and sunglasses.
Nigel McGuinness slyly referred to Bryan Danielson as “brittle Danielson” and my “in-ring comeback” senses went off.
Jon Moxley no-sold a barbed-wired bat shot from Trent, hit a suplex on a chair on Orange Cassidy and scraped Trent’s face with the barbed-wire bat.
Sue drove her van into Wembley, leading to a huge pop and fans chanting “Sue!” Tony Schiavone even said “It’s Sue!” Sue assisted her son by providing Trent with a cookie sheet filled with cookie.
Penta reemerged as “Penta Oscura,” dressed in all red. After the ladder almost collapsed, Penta hit a Canadian Destroyer through two tables.
Poor Ortiz slipped from the top rope before recovering and going through two tables.
In a pleasant surprise, a bloody Orange Cassidy beat Jon Moxley after four Orange Punches.
Stadium Stampede Match Grade: B+
Saraya Wins Women’s Fatal 4-Way
Saraya walked out with her family to Queen’s “We Will Rock You.” Toni Storm walked out to “God Save the Queen” dressed as American icon Marilyn Monroe.
Saraya and Storm hugged before the match. Minutes later, Storm turned on Saraya and the two brawled, with fans supporting Saraya.
Ruby Soho hit the ring to stop Storm from breaking Saraya’s neck, only to get punched by Storm.
Saraya won the match with a night Cap and Wembley Stadium exploded in cheers.
Women’s Fatal 4-Way Grade: B-
Strickland And Christian Cage Vs. Darby Allin And Sting
Swerve Strickland was played to the ring by Flash Garments and DJ Whoo Kid. Sting and Darby walked out to Metallica’s “Seek and Destroy,” similar to Sting in the dying days of WCW.
Sting hit a leg drop through the table on Swerve Strickland and Tony Schiavone was nearly orgasmic.
Nick Wayne made a cameo with a skateboard, only for Luchasaurus to chokeslam Wayne on the skateboard. Luchasaurus then carried Wayne to the back.
Darby Allin tried the Coffin Drop on the coffin and Swerve moved, only for Darby to land directly onto the coffin itself.
Swerve tossed Sting into the coffin with the bat, but when Swerve closed the coffin, Sting kept it ajar by using the bat.
Darby Allin hit the Coffin Drop with Swerve hanging out of the coffin and ultimately closed the coffin. Team Darby won despite Swerve’s hair sticking out of the coffin.
Coffin Match Grade: B
Will Ospreay Vs. Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho performed “Judas,” and it was the first time all night AEW made use of its LED tunnel, which had “Demo God” graphics and looked awesome.
Last night, Jericho—wearing a match—attacked Will Ospreay during a RevPro event.
This match wasn’t as long as I thought it would be, going 10-15 minutes, but they fit in a lot of spots.
After the match, Sammy Guevara consoled Jericho. A defeated Jericho pushed Guevara away and stormed off.
